The VARDEX range also includes the world's largest range of the patented thread milling tools for producing threads on non-rotating parts with a very high level of productivity and accuracy. This program is supported by software developed in-house to provide an easy-to-use method of preparing the CNC programs for a range of machine tool controllers.

In addition to these lines, Vargus also produces tooling for specialist solutions in the field of fine precision finishing such as boring, copying and grooving where high accuracy and surface finish are required.
